Healthy and Happy: Easy, Effective Weight Loss for Busy Lives

When I arrived in the U.S., friends told me I’d eventually gain weight, and sure enough, I did—10 pounds to be exact! It’s a story I hear often from others who move here. The fast-paced lifestyle, bigger portions, and everyday stress seem to catch up with us. When COVID hit, I added another 10 pounds. I couldn’t stand the way my clothes fit, so I went searching for healthy, natural solutions.
